Getting to the Walk of Fame

Discover Los Angeles names two B Line stations for the Walk. Hollywood/Highland opens into the middle of the Walk, with Ovation Hollywood, the Dolby Theatre and the TCL Chinese Theatre within a few doors. Hollywood/Vine sits below the Hollywood and Vine intersection, where the Apollo 11 moon monuments are set into the four corners and the Vine Street stars begin. By car, taxi or ride-share
Ovation Hollywood, at 6801 Hollywood Blvd, has a parking garage. The sunset walk’s listing includes parking validation at Ovation Hollywood’s shops and restaurants, which applies to that product. Parking rules and charges on nearby streets and in other lots are not covered here; posted signs set them. For a taxi or ride-share, a numbered address is the simplest instruction: 6801 Hollywood Blvd for Ovation Hollywood and the Dolby Theatre, 6925 for the TCL Chinese Theatre, or 6667 for Musso & Frank Grill.
Which end to start from
The Hollywood Boulevard section runs 1.3 miles from Gower Street in the east to La Brea Avenue in the west, and Vine Street carries stars between Sunset Boulevard and Yucca Street. Walking west from Hollywood/Vine reaches Hollywood/Highland, and continuing west reaches the La Brea end. Stars sit on both sides of both streets and face both directions, so reading names can start at either station exit.
